Early Learners Academy Team
At Early Learners Academy, we hire passionate, dedicated and caring teachers who are committed to making a difference in children’s lives. Take a look below to learn more about our team, and reach out with any questions.
Marissa Crawley
Owner

She’s our leading lady as the owner of ELA, as well as two other centers. Miss Marissa has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for about 25 years and opened ELA in March of 2020. Her favorite part about working with children are the moments when you can SEE a child learn something. She loves witnessing their sense of pride! Outside of work, Miss Marissa is a mom of two and sings in various wedding bands in Rhode Island and Boston. All of our staff and families are so lucky to have Miss Marissa as our fun-loving boss!
Andrea Frasu
Director

Miss Andrea is ELA's center director, as well as the face behind our social media accounts. She came to ELA in 2021 as a student teacher to finish her practicum for college. That summer, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Early Education and Care from Bridgewater State University, with a minor a psychology and got Director II certified. Miss Andrea worked as a toddler teacher from August of 2021 to April of 2023, and then began working as a float where she really learned the ins and outs of all the classrooms and assisting administration in the office. Her favorite part of the job is supporting families and fostering relationships with children and their parents. She also loves to keep our families up to date on school happenings via social media. When she's not in the office, Miss Andrea is a wife and boy mom! She has been a dancer for over 20 years and loves all things Disney!
Lynn Nadrowski
Operations Director

Miss Lynn is our Director of Operations here at ELA. She’s previously been a program Director, then unit director at her neighborhood Boys and Girls Club. She also taught performing arts to children ages five and up at Kats Dance Centre & Performing Arts, as well as serving as drama coach at Lincoln Middle School for several years. Miss Lynn loves to sew and create things, and build items for our lobby and classrooms that reinforce themes in our curriculum! Her favorite part of the job is being able to do all the things she loves every day, and to be greeted with smiles and hugs when she enters a classroom! In addition to creating things, Miss Lynn loves being a grandmother to her 7 grandchildren outside of work!
OUR TEACHING AND CARE TEAM
TEACHERS
All staff members are carefully chosen after a rigorous interviewing process which includes reference checks, a CORI check (criminal history) and a BRC check (abuse and neglect history).
Children learn best when their teachers are deeply committed to delivering high quality care and education. We carefully select our team members based on their education and experience in the field of early childhood education. We dedicate time to ensure that each team member is trained in our methods of curriculum development and delivery, our mission, and our dedication. We also mandate twenty hours per school year of professional development in the field of early childhood education.
